Relief valve of the main function is to automatically control the unloading or loading pump. In view of the function of unloading relief valve, there is a certain difference between the unloading pressure and the loading pressure.Difference is too small, the pump unloading and loading action is too frequent; the difference is too large, the system pressure change is too large.

The difference between the load pressure and the unloading pressure is an important performance index of the relief valve, and the general loading pressure is about 85% of the unloading pressure. Its performance is the same as the relief valve.

Main use of relief valve:

Automatic unloading and loading of pump in A. accumulator system;

Unloading of high flow low pressure pump in B. high and low pressure pump combination.

Relief relief valve is mainly used in the hydraulic circuit with accumulator, when the accumulator charging pressure reaches the set pressure of the valve, the hydraulic pump can be unloaded automatically. There is a one-way valve in the valve to prevent the accumulator in the liquid with pressure. At this point by the accumulator to maintain the system of oil and pump unloading, so as to receive energy-saving effect. When is the oil pressure dropped to the valve set pressure to about 85% energy storage, valve set, hydraulic pump to restore the accumulator charging.

This valve can also be used for double pump high and low voltage circuit. Low pressure when the two pumps to supply the system, high pressure when the valve to remove the large pump and the high pressure part.

The pressure drop between the accumulator and the accumulator shall not exceed 10% of the set pressure. The back pressure of the oil leakage type valve should not be more than 2% of the set pressure.
